Refund and Cancellation Policy

Personalized items
Our personalized kanji mugs are made to order, one pair at a time. Before anything is
printed, we email you a proof. You can change the kanji for either name on that page,
and you can cancel for a full refund at any point before you press Approve.

Once you approve the proof, printing begins and the order can no longer be cancelled,
changed, or returned. There is no one else these mugs could go to.

Damaged or misprinted items
If your mugs arrive damaged, or the print does not match the proof you approved, email
us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement pair at no cost.
No need to return the damaged item.

Wrong spelling
Please check the spelling of both names on the proof page. We print exactly what you
approve. Spelling that you approved cannot be changed after printing.

Non-personalized items
Single mugs are also printed to order, so they cannot be returned or exchanged unless
they arrive damaged. If a single mug arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of
delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement at no cost.
