A CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR THE TWO OF YOU

Two names. One love. A little warmth to share.

For the person you want beside you, this Christmas and every ordinary morning after. Two matching mugs bring together your names in Japanese kanji and Suzuki Harunobu’s Lovers Walking in the Snow (雪中相合傘): two figures sharing an umbrella in the falling snow.

One mug carries 愛 (AI — love), the other 情 (JŌ — warmth). Side by side, they form 愛情 (aijou — love and affection).

  • A set of two: one personalized name on each mug, with the same snowy artwork on both.
  • Your choice of size: 11oz or 15oz for the pair. Quantity 1 means one set of two mugs.
  • You approve the design: review your names, kanji meanings and artwork before printing begins.

Make the pair yours

  1. Choose a size and enter both names below. Use the Latin alphabet (A–Z) in “Name for the left mug” and “Name for the right mug”, then add one set to your cart.
  2. Review your emailed proof after ordering. Choose the kanji for each name and read their meanings. If a name needs individual attention, we will contact you rather than substitute another name.
  3. Approve when you are happy. Printing starts after your approval. You can change the kanji or cancel for a full refund before approval; after approval, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

A printable certificate explains the readings and meanings of your chosen characters — a personal note to give alongside the mugs.

See the design from every side

The product gallery shows the snowy artwork first, then 愛 and 情, followed by sample names on the backs. Emma and Ryan are examples; your pair will carry the names you enter.

Sample personalized name Emma in kanji on the back of one AI-JOU mug; your name will replace this example
Example only: the back of each mug carries one of your names.
